Missing components after order or update of GENOME

GENOME - Renewing Your Licence to Retrieve New Components or DynIRs

If you are missing new Components or DynIRs after either placing an order or receiving a new update of GENOME, the issue is usually related to your licence not being updated correctly.


Please follow the steps below to manually renew your licence and gain access to your latest Components or DynIRs:

  • Close all instances of the related Two notes software (GENOME, Torpedo Remote, Wall of Sound (and if applicable the host DAW))

  • Head to https://www.two-notes.com/en/my-two-notes/?section=software

  • Click on the RENEW button in the section entitled “RENEW MY LICENCE”

  • Reopen the Two notes software to load your updated licence


If after these steps you still encounter issues, please follow the offline procedure for the dedicated software outlined below:

    If after the GENOME 1.8 update, you do not see the new pedals, please manually update your licence.


    Click on the RENEW button to renew your licence. Then open GENOME again.
