What’s New in GENOME v2.0

GENOME v2.0 introduces a major platform expansion alongside a wide range of new components, workflow improvements and performance updates. This release extends GENOME beyond desktop and introduces new tools for building, refining and controlling your backline.

GENOME iOS

GENOME is now available as a standalone iOS application for qualifying iPads. The platform is available in three versions:

  • GENOME Intro iOS (Free)
  • GENOME iOS
  • GENOME Suite iOS

GENOME Intro iOS is available as a free download with account registration, providing access to the core GENOME rig-building experience on iPad.

Please note: GENOME Desktop and GENOME iOS licenses are separate and are not automatically shared across platforms — each platform requires its own license or an active Access Pass. For more information on Access Passes’, please refer to our support documentation here.

New TSM™-Ai Amplifiers

The following amplifiers have been added to the GENOME stock component arsenal:

  • FlatBack MKV
  • FlatBack Dual
  • Peggy '76

PARADEX

A new component designed for playback of multi-parametric AmpNet captures created in Two notes Capture Studio. PARADEX enables control-aware amp modelling, preserving how an amplifier responds across its full control range. Available in GENOME and GENOME Suite only.

MIXFIT

A new mix-ready tone shaping and refinement tool, designed to precisely tailor a RIG from input response through to final output.

Core Platform Updates

  • All-new RIG Manager with updated factory banks and reorganised RIG arsenal
  • Expanded routing with 12 component slots per lane (up to 24 components in dual-lane setups)
  • Global Transpose for real-time pitch shifting across a ±24 semitone range
  • Input Noise Gate now saved per RIG preset (no longer a global parameter)
  • Input and Output metering added to the RIG builder
  • New lane merge Mix control for balancing split lanes

Amplifier Updates

The PVH50 TSM™-Ai amplifier now includes a new Modern mode for enhanced response and tonality

Workflow & UI Improvements

  • New Compact View available via Preferences
  • Amplifier and Drive pedal arsenals now organised into categories
  • License summary view added to the hamburger menu
  • Contextual license alerts to guide upgrade paths and purchasing options

Performance & Compatibility 

  • Reduced download and installation size
  • Support for mono → mono and mono → stereo tracks in Logic and Pro Tools
