Uninstalling GENOME from your system

Fix GENOME Crashes or Missing Components with the GENOME Uninstall Utility

If GENOME fails to launch, crashes on startup, or reports missing components, the issue may be caused by residual files from a previous installation or corruption within your licensed component library.

To resolve this, we recommend using the GENOME Uninstall Tool, which completely removes GENOME and all associated files from your system. Once uninstallation is complete, GENOME can be reinstalled using the latest installers for a clean, stable setup.

When to Use the GENOME Uninstall Tool

Use this tool if you experience any of the following issues:
  • GENOME crashes during launch
  • GENOME fails to open or closes immediately
  • Missing Components from your licensed GENOME arsenal
  • Installation or update issues after a previous version was installed
  • Unexpected behavior after a system or OS update
