Why Cant I See my New Cabinets in Torpedo Wireless Remote?

If you have bought new cabinets and wish to use them in your Captor X, C.A.B. M, C.A.B. M+ or OPUS with your mobile device (phone or tablet), you need to first pre-load the cabinets into the unit. This can be actioned by following the guidelines below:
  1. Download the Torpedo Remote Desktop variant to your computer (macOS or Windows) from www.two-notes.com/torpedo-remote and connect your unit via USB to your computer 
  2. Register your unit to your Two notes account with Torpedo Remote (if applicable)
  3. Use the CABINET MANAGER in Torpedo Remote to load the new cabinets into the internal memory of Captor X, C.A.B. M, C.A.B. M+ or OPUS

Once all these steps have been completed, you will be able to use your newly purchased cabinets in the Torpedo Wireless Remote application!
