Why Cant I See my New Cabinets in Torpedo Wireless Remote?
If you have bought new cabinets and wish to use them in your Captor X, C.A.B. M, C.A.B. M+ or OPUS with your mobile device (phone or tablet), you need to first pre-load the cabinets into the unit. This can be actioned by following the guidelines below:
Download the Torpedo Remote Desktop variant to your computer (macOS or Windows) from www.two-notes.com/torpedo-remote and connect your unit via USB to your computer - Register your unit to your Two notes account with Torpedo Remote (if applicable)
- Use the CABINET MANAGER in Torpedo Remote to load the new cabinets into the internal memory of Captor X, C.A.B. M, C.A.B. M+ or OPUS
Once all these steps have been completed, you will be able to use your newly purchased cabinets in the Torpedo Wireless Remote application!
