What to do When a Torpedo Device is Registered to Another Account?
Please see usage scenarios, related limitations and remedial strategies for instances where a Torpedo device is not - or cannot be - registered to your own Two notes account below.
If the Torpedo Device is Not Yours
Every Torpedo device can be registered on only one Two Notes account. As a result, if the device is not yours, you have two options:
- Sign In to the device’s registered account
- Select Guest mode. In this mode you can remotely control the Torpedo device from your computer. Access to the Memory Manager or "La Boutique" is not possible.
If the Torpedo Device Yours
Is this a second hand unit? If so, the Torpedo device must still be registered to its previous user. You should contact the former owner and ask him to unregister the unit by following the instructions here.
Is this a new unit? If so, please contact our Support Team and we will look at options to get this registered to your Two notes account.
