What is an Invalid Data Checksum Error for Torpedo Remote and how to Resolve it?
After an upgrade to Torpedo Remote V5 for your Torpedo Hardware you may encounter the following error:
- Unable to get IR Data from Torpedo: Invalid Data Checksum
To resolve this error, remove all 3rd-party IRs that are stored in your Torpedo Device by heading to the IR Manager and dragging the IRs located in the right panel to the bin at the bottom of the window.
Next, reimport the IRs from your computer to the internal memory of your Torpedo Hardware via the IR Manager tab.
