To get your additional Two notes cabinets, follow the instructions here.
If you do not find it there, then you should use the serial number of your Torpedo Reload to register it to your account and get your 24 virtual cabinets. See this article for more information.
If this doesn't help, please get in touch with the Two notes Help Desk. Do indicate in your message your Torpedo Reload serial number and attach a scanned copy of your customer's invoice.
