Torpedo Reload II - The Celestion Approved Load Response

Torpedo Reload II - The Celestion Approved Load Response

Response, Tone - they’re the bedrock of any performance, all rooted in a premier load-response that’s second-to-none. It’s this mantra that’s spawned Reload II’s all-new reactive load and the final word in next-generation Load Box technology. For starters, a ground-up rework of our load design delivers an impedance curve inspired by Celestion®’s iconic driver line for an industry-first “Celestion® Approved Load Response”. Fuse this with switchable multi-impedance capability (4-, 8- and 16Ω), and you’re locked to get the best out of every amp in your collection.

In developing Reload II's all-new reactive load featuring a Celestion Approved Load Response, we were conscious not to match to a specific speaker (due to variations rooted in the accompanying enclosure size) but to a range of drivers, averaging the impedance for optimum performance across the breadth of amplifiers on the market. The diagrams below illustrate the impedance curves of Reload II's reactive load when set at 4-, 8- or 16-Ohms operation.
