The License Download Failed Because I Do Not Have “Write Access”, What Can I Do?

The message "License downloading failed. You do not have the write access on the Licenses folder." occurs when the OS does not allow the software to write the license file to the respective hard drive.

Please verify that the license folder exists and that your user account has read & write access to the license folder. If not create and/or add the read and write access to your account using the guidelines below.

OSX:
"Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Two Notes Audio Engineering/Licenses"
How to modify rights: https://support.apple.com/kb/ph25287 

Windows:
"C:\Program Files\Two Notes Audio Engineering\Licenses"
or
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Two Notes Audio Engineering\Licenses"
