Returning your Two notes hardware unit

Returning your hardware unit

Every Two notes hardware product can be registered to a Two notes account to unlock additional content, including DynIRs and software licenses. If you need to return your Two notes product to the original reseller—whether under your right of withdrawal or as part of a warranty exchange due to a hardware issue—please make sure to complete the following steps:

  • Unregister the unit from your Two notes account via the following page: https://www.two-notes.com/en/my-two-notes/?section=hardware
  • Repack the unit in its original box with all included accessories & documentation
  • Use an additional box/outer carton to ship the unit back in order to protect the original box.

Unregistering the unit will remove all DynIRs linked to the unit from your account; please note, you will retain all DynIRs you have bought previously alongside any software licences (i.e. GENOME & Wall of Sound) allocated to your account via the hardware registration process.
