Reset the Captor X Bluetooth Module to Solve Bluetooth Connection Issues

Bluetooth connection issues can sometimes be fixed by reseting the Captor X Bluetooth module.

To reset your Captor X Bluetooth module, please download the "reset_ble" script suitable for your Captor X (Captor X 8 or Captor X 16) on your Desktop.

This will download a ".tnsts" file to your computer.

Once done, follow the instructions outlined in this page , where you will download and install the Two notes Support Tool on your computer. 

The .tnsts file needs to be loaded via the Two notes Support Tool.
