For Wall of Sound versions prior to 4.4.0, the Wall of Sound login system is very case sensitive, even for the email address. Please ensure you type all the information found in your “My Personal Information page” on the Two notes website’s account page as they are shown.
For versions before 4.4.0, another common issue relates to space inputted after the information for the First Name field. Wall of Sound considers space as a character. If there is one after your first name or last name you will have the same error message as above. To rectify this, go to “My Personal Information page” on the Two notes website (https://www.two-notes.com/en/my-account/edit-account/), and check all your personal information. You can also edit all your information there.
