How to solve a Bluetooth pairing issue with an Android (Samsung in particular) device.

If you are not able to establish the Bluetooth connection with your Android mobile device (especially Samsung devices), please follow the next steps in order to pair your Two notes unit with your mobile device.

1. Go to "Settings"

2. Tap "About device" or "About phone"

3 Tap “Software information”

4. Tap “Build number” seven times

Depending on your device and operating system, you may not need to follow step number 3.

5. Enter your pattern, PIN or password to enable the Developer options menu

6. The "Developer options" menu will now appear in your Settings menu

Depending on your device, it may appear under Settings > General > Developer options.

7. Activate the "View unrecognized Bluetooth LE devices in Bluetooth settings " 

You should now be able to view your Two notes unit in the Bluetooth OS's menu of your mobile device.
