How to Import Wall of Sound Presets into GENOME?
Already a Two notes Wall of Sound user? GENOME not only features a dedicated Wall of Sound TORPEDO FX workspace purpose built to completely reimagine your go-to tone with GENOME’s world-class STUDIO FX, but also caters for Wall of Sound Preset Import. Below we outline how to import a Wall of Sound Preset into GENOME.
Step 1
Navigate to and open the RIG Browser. Right click an empty RIG slot or click the [...] options button on your target RIG slot. From the drop down menu, select “Import from Wall of Sound”
Step 2
Locate the preset to important from your operating system’s file explorer
Step 3
GENOME can cater for 2 DynIR cabinet instances routed in parallel; as such, a dialogue prompt will request two cabinets from the target Wall of Sound preset are selected for import. Please pick the pair of cabinets targeted for import and select “Import Wall of Sound Preset”
Step 4
Once confirmed you will see GENOME’s RIG Builder pane update to include a dual lane architecture reflecting the signal chain available in our legacy Wall of Sound application.
