In the following Help Desk Article, we discuss the optimal means of connecting ReVolt Bass and OPUS for the ultimate Fly-Rig.
In terms of MIDI connectivity, simply connect a 3.5mm (1/8-inch) TRS jack to 3.5mm (1/8-inch) TRS jack cable between the MIDI Out of ReVolt Bass and the MIDI In of OPUS. When pressing one of ReVolt Bass’s channel footswitches, the device will send a Program Change (PC) MIDI Message to OPUS. Preset changes in OPUS are triggered via these PC MIDI messages. Configuration of the PC MIDI messages are actioned within ReVolt Bass’s Setup Menu, details of which can be accessed here: https://wiki.two-notes.com/doku.php?id=revolt_bass:revolt_bass_user_s_manual#midi_setup
