How to Check if Torpedo Devices are Properly Connected an Apple Mac Computer?
To check if the USB connection is working correctly under a Mac OS computer, please follow this procedure:
- Open the Terminal application:
- Type ioreg -p IOUSB and press the Enter key; connected Torpedo devices should be listed via the output of the command prompt
- If your Torpedo device does not appear in the list, please create a support ticket
