Missing presets in GENOME after update

GENOME - Missing component presets

If, after updating GENOME, you no longer see the dedicated component presets in the drop-down menu (where “Default” is displayed), please follow these steps:

  • Close your DAW or GENOME (if you are using the standalone version).

  • Delete the FX Preset folder located at:

    • Windows: C:\Users\*username*\Documents\Two notes Audio Engineering\Genome\

    • macOS: Users/*username*/Documents/Two notes Audio Engineering/Genome/

  • Delete the app.config file located at:

    • Windows: C:\Users\*username*\AppData\Roaming\Two notes Audio Engineering\Genome

    • macOS (hidden Library folder):~/Library/Two Notes Audio Engineering/Genome/

  • Reopen GENOME in standalone mode, or relaunch your DAW and load GENOME again.
