GENOME Bad License Format Error Message

GENOME Bad License Format Error Message

You have installed and opened GENOME in your DAW and have the following message when you input your credentials to log into your account:
" Failed to signin: bad license format"

Please follow these steps to solve this issue:
  1.  Close your DAW
  2. Go to this page in your account: https://www.two-notes.com/en/my-two-notes/?section=software
  3. Click on the RENEW button located in the Renew My License section
  4. Open your DAW and load GENOME again.

You should now be able to log in to GENOME and use the plugin.
