GENOME Bad License Format Error Message
You have installed and opened GENOME in your DAW and have the following message when you input your credentials to log into your account:
" Failed to signin: bad license format"
Please follow these steps to solve this issue:- Close your DAW
- Go to this page in your account: https://www.two-notes.com/en/my-two-notes/?section=software
- Click on the RENEW button located in the Renew My License section
- Open your DAW and load GENOME again.
You should now be able to log in to GENOME and use the plugin.
