No, GENOME Desktop and GENOME iOS licenses are separate and are not automatically shared across platforms.
How GENOME Licensing Works
GENOME is available on both desktop and iPad, but each platform requires its own license:
- A GENOME Desktop license does not include access to GENOME iOS
- A GENOME iOS license does not include access to GENOME Desktop
This applies to:
- GENOME / GENOME iOS
- GENOME Suite / GENOME Suite iOS
What About GENOME Intro?
GENOME Intro is available as a free entry point on both desktop and iOS. Provided you have not purchased any additional DynIR Virtual Cabinets, Amplifiers, Pedals or Studio FX, GENOME Intro will have parity across both the iOS and Desktop platforms with the exception of any custom presets created. However if any additional purchases have been made, a license for these components for each platform will be required.
If you already own Components (e.g. DynIR™ cabinets or other purchases), cross-platform access is handled via an Access Pass.
An Access Pass allows you to:
- Use your existing purchases across desktop and iOS
- Access future purchases on both platforms
Without an Access Pass:
- Components remain tied to the platform they were purchased on
