A reamp box is used to connect your audio interface to your amplifier input. In Capture Studio, the interface sends a test signal during capture. However, this signal is line-level, while your amplifier expects an instrument-level, high-impedance signal (like a guitar). The reamp box converts the interface output to the correct format.
